He addressed the people of Anlo, the Volta region, and all Ghanaians, affirming that the elections would be conducted in a free, fair, transparent, and peaceful manner. “I will hand over the baton of national leadership to whoever the people of Ghana choose on the 7th of December to succeed me,” he pledged, prompting resounding applause from the gathered crowd.
