Situated in Labone, the new premium facility will operate continuously, seven days a week, allowing individuals to utilise NIA services at their convenience, regardless of the hour.

In contrast to the standard registration centres, the Prestige Centre will provide services on a fee-paying basis, with all activities subject to approved charges. This approach aims to expedite the registration process and cater to individuals seeking flexibility in accessing these essential services.

The NIA reassured the public that the new facility is intended to complement its existing registration centres, adding an option for applicants in need of extended hours and quicker processing times.

Moreover, the Labone Prestige Centre is the first in a series of such establishments planned for various locations across the country, with further centres anticipated as part of the NIA’s continuous expansion.

By launching this initiative, the NIA reiterates its dedication to streamlining identity management, ensuring that identity services are secure, accessible, and customer-focused for all eligible Ghanaians.
