During a recent event, President Akufo-Addo reiterated the government’s dedication to maintaining a peaceful environment leading up to the elections. He called on all political stakeholders to uphold the principles of democracy and work together to ensure that the electoral process reflects the will of the citizens. His remarks underscore the importance of collective efforts in fostering a peaceful atmosphere for the elections scheduled for December 7, 2024. President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has pledged that the general elections scheduled for December 7, 2024, will be conducted in a manner that is free, fair, transparent, and peaceful. He emphasized his commitment to upholding the democratic process, stating that he would willingly hand over the presidency to the candidate chosen by the Ghanaian people, regardless of the outcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
